If you are hardworking, determined, and creative; then prove it. Your actions are not going to be judged by your intentions; people would want to see the result. Most importantly, you’re dealing with others make a significant impact of your personality. If you are tired, or have some financial issues or social problems, they should not affect your dealings. No one cares what you are going through in your life, they want positivity from you. Your promise should be delivered on time, do not damage your credibility. In the production house, you are known by your attitude and your aptitude. You may be highly talented, bright but you must know how to handle things in an effective manner. Producing a film is not easy for all, the working conditions may be poor, you may deprive from sleep, and there may be long working hours. But, Stop complaining! You are not the only one there; you are on the same boat as the others. No one wants to hear your complaints, so do not blame others and stop nagging about things. The whiners and trouble makers are never welcomed in the production house. Your problems may be justified, but your complaining will only lead you to a gossiping end. So be helpful, smile and be happy and spread the happiness within the production house. Work hard and create a friendly working environment. There may be exploiters, schemers, maneuverers, conspirators, and liars who would try their level best to get you on ground. So stay away from these politics set your own road; be focused and deliver your quality work. By the end of the day, your work’s credibility is all that matters. But remember; do not have a casual attitude. Your attitude is your asset, so work on it and achieve success in movieproduction industry.
